The Parker Pie Co.
The Parker Pie Company started in the early 2000’s as a small pizza shop in the back of the Lake Parker Country Store, which has served West Glover, VT since about 1845. While it is still a little pizza shop behind a country store, the quality of the food and the community atmosphere has turned it into a favorite eatery and pub for locals and seasonal clientele alike. The Parker Pie Co. is a Northeast Kingdom destination not to be missed.
In addition to our famous pizza, our revolving beer menu features both Vermont brews and some of the best fermented beverages from around the globe, and our country store offers products and gifts from many talented local artisans and suppliers.
Our most important priorities include valuing the close family that comprises our staff, sourcing as much as we can from local & Vermont partners, supporting our small community and philanthropic endeavors that make a difference in the NEK and beyond, and providing the best service and highest quality offerings to our customers.
